Green Day Lead Singer Booted Off Southwest Flight Due To Saggy Pants

The lead vocalist of the popular rock group Green Day was booted out of his plane bound for Oakland, California because of his pants. According to reports, rocker Billie Joe Armstrong was asked to leave his seat inside a plane of Southwest Airlines because his pants are sagged too low. No less than Armstrong made the revelation on his Twitter account.

It was learned that the rocker was told by a flight attendant to hike up his pants. Armstrong told the attendant if she had other better things to do.
At that instance the attendant politely told him to leave the plane. The band was formed in 1987. Aside from Armstrong, the other members of the group were bassist and backing vocalist Mike Dirnt, and drummer Tre Cool.

Cool replaced former drummer John Kiffmeyer in 1990, prior to the recording of the band’s second studio album, Kerplun k, and has been a member of the band since. Green Day has sold over 65 million records worldwide with 24.639 million in the US alone. The group has won five Grammy Awards: Best Alternative Album for Dookie, Best Rock Album for American Idiot, Record of the Year for “Boulevard of Broken Dreams”, Best Rock Album for the second time for 21st Century Breakdown and Best Musical Show Album for American Idiot: The Original Broadway Cast Recording.
