Foo Fighters Announce Their Concert Tour Dates For September, October

After a long sad couple of years of no new Foo Fighters tours and albums, the Foo Fighter nation of fans can rejoice.  The Foo Fighters are touring the U.S. through September and October to support their new album, Wasting Light, which was released on April 12, and fans across the U.S. are excited to see the long list of cities that the Foo Fighters Concert Tour is hitting this fall.

As mentioned, this fall tour is in support of their critically (and fan) acclaimed Wasting Light album.  Here’s the track listing of the album:

The Foo Fighters are made up of Dave Grohl (lead singer), Chris Shiflett (lead guitar), Nate Mendel (bass), Taylor Hawkins ( drums), and Pat Smear (lead and rhythm).    It’s not known if the Foo Fighters concert tour has been selling out, but if initial sales of Wasting Light are any indication, then it is likely.  The Foo Fighters new album sold 235,000 copies in it’s first week of release.
