Looks like the 2012 Presidential election in the United States will be a close fight between the Democrats and Republicans. A latest poll conducted by NBC News/Wall Street Journal has shown that 51 percent of Americans were not happy on the way President Barrack Obama is handling the economy. On the same survey it was also learned that only 44 percent of Americans were happy on the way the president handles the country.
The survey conducted on 1,000 people has also shown that majority of the people believes the US economy is heading towards the wrong direction. Despite the negative result of the survey, Obama still had reasons to be happy since 52 percent were happy on the way he handles the US foreign policy. Seventy one percent of the respondents were also happy on the decision of Obama to withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraq by this December. Moreover, the survey conducted on 2-5 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
