Filipino boxing superstar Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao might not get his wish to fight undefeated American boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. yet, but he remains happy. This developed after Pacquiao is set to get a guaranteed $25 million paycheck when he faces undefeated American boxing star Timothy Bradley on June 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
According to reports, the $25 million paycheck is the biggest purse Pacquiao will get in his many years in boxing. Bradley is sporting an impressive 28-0-0 win-loss-draw card with 12 knockouts for his part will get $5 million in the blockbuster fight. It was learned that like Pacquiao, the $5 million is also the biggest purse for Bradley since he entered into the sport of professional boxing.
Despite his clean slate, Bradley, 28 is considered as the huge underdog against the much popular Pacquiao, 33. The American boxer however is unfazed with his underdog tag and vowed to give it his all to defeat Pacquiao and climbed into the status of superstar in professional boxing. Pacquiao for his part promised to train harder to defeat Bradley and retain his status as the top pound for pound professional boxer in the planet today.
