18-year-old Kills Man on a Walk With His Dog

According to authorities in San Jose, California, an 18-year-old male has been arrested and charged with the m*rder of a man who was killed while walking his dog.

The San Jose Police Department said in a press release on May 15 that on May 9 they had detained Matthew Antracoli, a San Matean, on suspicion of m*rder.

On April 19, KTVU reported that 41-year-old Jorge Torres Maestre was shot once in the chest while out walking his dog.The victim was by all accounts just an average citizen, going about their business, walking their dog,” Sgt. Jorge Garibay told KNTV.

The tweet below confirms the news:

“They were confronted by the suspect, which we’re still trying to figure out whether or not a robbery for the dog was occurring.” The announcement Said, Maestre was pronounced dead at the scene despite the best efforts of police and medical personnel.

According to the announcement, the police covert response unit in Morgan Hill recognized Antracoli as the shooter and subsequently apprehended him.
