The person who shot two teens in Rock Hill on Saturday night is still out there.
At 10:12 p.m., police were called to Starcrest Circle because someone had been shot. Two 16-year-olds who had been shot were waiting in a backyard for cops. The gunshot hit one teen in the lower leg and the other in the arm. All of the injuries did not pose a threat to life.
