After allegedly att@cking a 15-year-old girl and leaving her in the parking lot of a nearby fast food restaurant, a Johnstown man is currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
A female youngster who had been abused and abandoned at the Arby’s on Perry Highway in Marshall Township had been reported, and Northern Regional Police were called to the scene Friday afternoon. The young lady claimed that Philadelphia had reported her missing.
The 15-year-old admitted to authorities that she began dating “Anthony” in January. According to authorities, the male persuaded the girl to leave Philadelphia with him after her mother ordered that the relationship end. The girl’s mother reported her missing on March 19.

The child said that she and “Anthony,” later identified by authorities as 25-year-old Mikhail Martin, visited a number of places across the state, including Lancaster, Reading, and Cranberry. According to court filings, the adolescent said Martin hit her every time she asked to return to her mother’s home, once choked her unconscious.

She claimed that when she told Martin she was leaving him on the day they arrived in Wexford, he slapped her before forcing her out of the car in the Arby’s parking lot and driving off.
According to court records, a woman who lives at the same home as Martin and is thought to be his ex-girlfriend repeatedly dialed 911 while identifying herself as the teen’s sister and requesting to pick her up.
Martin is being held in the Allegheny County Jail after having his bond rejected. He faces charges for aggravated assault, kidnapping a juvenile, holding a minor against his will, false imprisonment, interfering with child custody, and simple assault.
