After A Carjacking In Jackson A Man Was Wounded And Is In Critical Condition: As a result of the carjacking that took place in Jackson on Saturday night, a man is currently in critical condition.
According to Deputy Chief Deric Hearn of the Jackson Police Department, the incident took place in the area where Winter Street and University Boulevard intersect.
According to Chief Hearn, a man was confronted by two other males while they were armed.
After that, a struggle broke out between the three, and the owner of the vehicle that had been taken was shot.
The alleged carjackers drove off in the victim’s blue Mitsubishi while he was receiving treatment at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he is currently in serious condition.
