A new video shows an alleged gunman who is accused of killing several people at a medical office in midtown turning himself into police in Cobb County.

Deion Patterson, who is 24 years old, is accused of shooting at a Northside Hospital building on West Peachtree Street around noon on Wednesday, killing one woman and hurting four others.

Amy St. Pierre, who was 39 years old, has been named as the person who died.

Patterson was later caught behind a Cobb County apartment building.

Cobb County Bureau Chief for Channel 2 Michele Newell got a new video of Patterson kneeling in the grass with his back to the police. He puts his hands over his head and slowly lowers himself to the ground, where he lies there for a while until police officers come and arrest him.

the woman said she had a feeling about something and suggested that cops search the poolhouse at her apartment complex.

You can see the video below:

“There was no window or anything in the shower area,” she said. “There was no better place to hide.”

She said that police were everywhere in the area right after she told them something.

Patterson’s mother said that he got upset when doctors wouldn’t give him Ativan, a drug that helps people with nervousness.

Police say he started shooting in a waiting room. He then ran away from the scene about two minutes later and stole a white Toyota Tacoma truck from a Shell station nearby.

After a few hours, the truck was found in a parking area near the Battery.

Police don’t know much about the survivors except that they were between 25 and 61 years old.

Later, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that the person who was killed was St. Pierre, who worked for the CDC and sent condolences to her family.

Patterson is now charged with four counts of aggravated attack and one count of murder.
