Carrie Underwood is a true multi-hyphenate. She’s also a mom of two, an avid exerciser, a TV personality, and a Grammy-winning singer. In addition to making a killing while on the road, this tycoon also founded and sold an athleisure label. The 40-year-old woman has accumulated a sizable sum of money from her several sources of income.

She has earned much money throughout her career since she has worn numerous hats (not just cowgirl). Want to know Carrie’s secret to success? Her wealth and business endeavors are detailed in Women’s Health.

There is a $140 million fortune behind the success of Carrie Underwood, an American country music singer, fashion designer, songwriter, actress, and book. After winning the fourth season of “American Idol” in 2005, Carrie Underwood shot to stardom.

She has since broken numerous records and become one of the most successful commercial recording artists ever.

Carrie Underwood Is a Music Industry Powerhouse

She’s a performer at heart (she found fame on American Idol, after all), and her live shows bring in a lot of cash. Billboard reports that Carrie’s 2019 Cry Pretty tour earned $50 million.

Recently, she finished her Denim & Rhinestones tour (the “Deluxe Edition” of the album is due out in September, by the way). Which began in Greenville, South Carolina on October 15, 2022, and ended after performing in 43 locations on March 17, 2023. Although official figures aren’t available yet, I imagine this tour was just as profitable as her Cry Pretty tour.

The Las Vegas residency Carrie works on has just been extended to December 2023. She first arrived in June 2022 after a little absence to resume her crushing it in Sin City in December 2021.

Carrie Underwood’s Real Estate Portfolio

After her 2005 “American Idol” victory, Carrie Underwood made her first major purchase, a 3,099-square-foot home in Franklin, Tennessee. She bought the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house in 2005 for $384,000. She sold it in 2007 for $372,000.

2010 Underwood and Fisher purchased a mansion in the affluent Spruce Ridge neighborhood eleven acres outside of Ottawa, Canada. The couple eventually decided to sell the mansion and listed it for $2.2 million.

In March 2020, the couple made $1.41 million off selling their 7,000-square-foot home in Brentwood, Tennessee. The house was located in Brentwood, a suburb of Nashville that Underwood had owned since 2007.

The house boasts a tennis court, workout room, and a wet bar in addition to its four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Extra features include a sub-zero refrigerator, a wine fridge, and a walk-out basement with heated marble floors.

Carrie and her husband built a new “forever home” for their family, which they planned together (with the help of an architect, one assumes). The location of the home is in Franklin, TN, a suburb of Nashville. Their sons, horses, and dogs will have plenty of room to run and play on more than 300 acres of the property.
