Dayton Man Indicted on 100 Counts of Child P*rnography Possession and Purchase

On Friday, a guy from Dayton was charged with 100 counts of having or buying child pornography.

A grand jury in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court charged Gerald Brecheen Jr., 26, with 50 counts of promoting obscenity involving minors and 50 counts of illegal use of minors in nudity-oriented material or performances.

A spokesperson for the county prosecutor’s office said that charges were made against Brecheen after the Department of Homeland Security told the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office that he bought child pornography on the dark web.

The tweet below verifies the news:

Brecheen will be brought to court on May 1. He is not in jail right now.
