Two Prostitutes Wanted in Connection With a Georgia Man’s Death Were Discovered Wrapped in a Rug

The death of 42-year-old Georgia father of five Nathan Millard has led police to look for two prostitutes with ties to the case. Baton Rouge law enforcement is looking for Tabbetha Barner and Tiffany Ann Guidry. Barner has a warrant out for her arrest for prostitution and refusing help.

Guidry is wanted for prostitution, failing to seek help, and unlawful disposal of human remains. On March 6, Millard’s body was discovered on a rug and plastic outside a closed Baton Rouge funeral facility. A father of five, Millard was on business in Louisiana.

On February 22, he attended a business meeting and an LSU football game. He would not be seen again after that night. After being cut off by the bartender, investigators say Millard exited Happy’s Irish Pub on 3rd Street near Convention Street in the downtown area at around 10:30 p.m. The bar was a short 500 feet from his lodgings.

About an hour and a half later, less than a mile away, he made his way to the other side of Interstate 110 by wandering around the neighborhood. According to the police report, Millard ran into a guard at the Greyhound Bus Terminal on Florida Street.

According to their research, the guard noticed that Millard didn’t belong and offered his assistance. The security officer would inquire as to whether or not he needs the services of a taxi, Uber, or similar service. Millard would politely decline and keep walking.

According to their findings, Millard never showed any signs of concern throughout the evening and was able to get to each of the three places without assistance. WBRZ has received a video of Millard’s stroll back to I-110 down Florida street, near the bus terminal, after his encounter with the security guard.

Fortunately, he was not alone. Millard, in a black shirt, was observed walking alongside someone in a white shirt. While Millard seems to be walking normally, the other individual seems to be stumbling around a bit.

Derrick Perkins, 45, is suspected to be the other man. Several warrants had been issued for his arrest, both linked to the crime and unrelated. Police have not revealed where Millard was last seen on February 23 around 4:30 a.m. The individual who was with him at the time and can confirm the location is wanted by investigators.

Although investigators may have reason to suspect Perkins is the suspect, they refused to comment on the matter. After missing a morning appointment the following day, Millard would be reported missing. Everything he brought with him was discovered in the motel room.

From several blocks away, you could find his cellular device. At least twice, according to Millard’s acquaintance, Millard’s credit card was used. We located his American Express card but not his identification. Eleven days later, his body was discovered a little over two miles north of the Greyhound terminal.

Toxicology results were needed to reach a final determination on his death, despite the fact that an autopsy had found “‘no evidence of internal or external causes of death. The Baton Rouge Police Department and Capital Region Crime Stoppers (225-344-STOP) are seeking the public’s assistance in solving this case (7867).
