In 2017, Dunham sold a Del Mar beach view house. The three-story, 6,423-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion was built in 2007. He listed it for $8.75 million in 2011. Finally sold in 2017 for $5.5 million.

Dunham’s first wife, Paige Brown, and he met in 1992 in West Palm Beach, Florida’s Comedy Corner. In 1994, the couple tied the knot, and shortly thereafter, he adopted Bree, Paige’s one-and-a-half-year-old daughter.
Two daughters, Ashlyn (1995) and Kenna (1997), were born to them. Dunham’s hectic touring schedule was hard on their relationship. Divorce papers were filed in November of 2008.
