Sylvester and Jennifer bought a home in La Quinta, California for $4.5 million in January of 2010. They made multiple attempts to sell the residence beginning in 2014. Even after dropping the price to $3.625 million in 2016, they were still unable to sell the property.
In May of 2020, they closed on the sale of the home for $3.1 million. They spent $35.4 million in December 2020 to purchase a 1.5-acre Palm Beach, Florida estate with a 13,000-square-foot home. After paying $26 million to purchase the home in 2018, the sellers made a tidy profit of about $10 million.
Jennifer and Sylvester spent a large portion of their marriage in the exclusive Beverly Park neighborhood at the top of Beverly Hills. Adele purchased the mansion in December 2021 for $58 million. It was the most money ever paid for a home in Beverly Park at the time.
