Huber worked as Brodie Lee from 2003 to 2012 on the independent circuit in the U.S. for companies like Chikara, Ring of Honor, Dragon Gate USA, and Squared Circle Wrestling, as well as for Dragon Gate in Japan.
When he joined WWE in 2012, he took the name Luke Harper and was sent to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), which is WWE’s developmental territory, before making his debut in NXT as a member of The Wyatt Family.

Jonathan Huber was an American wrestler who worked for a living. He is best known for his time in WWE, where he wrestled as Luke Harper (later just Harper) from 2012 to 2019, and in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he wrestled as Mr. Brodie Lee in 2020.
Jonathan Huber was born on December 16, 1979, in Rochester, New York. He went to high school at McQuaid Jesuit and played lacrosse there for four years. He also played hockey in separate leagues for young people.
Huber married Amanda in 2011. Amanda was also a professional wrestler, and she used to go by the name Synndy Synn. Brodie and Nolan were their two boys. After Huber died, Brodie was signed to All Elite Wrestling and joined his father’s group, The Dark Order, at the age of eight. AEW said that he can start working for the company as soon as he turns 18 if he wants to.

Jon Huber Death
Huber went to the hospital in October 2020 because he had idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He died on December 26, 2020, when he was 41 years old.
Amanda Huber, Luke Harper’s wife, wrote on Instagram that her husband “passed surrounded by loved ones after a hard-fought battle with a lung issue that had nothing to do with Covid.”
Luke Harper’s wife said that doctors at the Mayo Clinic were taking care of him.
“In an industry filled with good people, Jon Huber was exceptionally respected and beloved in every way – a fierce and captivating talent, a thoughtful mentor, and simply a very kind soul that starkly contradicted his persona as Mr. Brodie Lee,” AEW wrote in a tribute to Huber.
On the other hand, WWE said Huber “found success in every stop of his sports-entertainment career, as his soft-spoken yet imposing presence helped him create countless awe-inspiring moments in the ring.”
