Convicted murderer and “Doomsday Mom” Lori Vallow Daybell has been named in court documents as a possible conspirator in the m*rder of her niece’s ex-husband.

In a verdict handed down last week, a jury found 49-year-old Vallow Daybell guilty of m*rder and conspiracy in the sh*oting de@ths of her daughter Tylee Ryan, 16, son Joshua “J.J.” Vallow, 7, and Chad Daybell’s late wife, Tammy.

On Tuesday, FOX 10’s Justin Lum reported that Vallow Daybell was indicted by a grand jury in Maricopa County, Arizona, for conspiracy to commit the first-degree m*rder of her niece’s ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux, in February 2022.

According to Lum, Vallow Daybell and her brother Alex Cox conspired on October 2, 2019, to commit “conduct constituting the offense of first-degree premeditated murder.” The indictment against them is sealed at this time.

According to the East Idaho News, police believe Cox, who passed away in December 2019, shot at Boudreaux and tried to kill him outside of Boudreaux’s Gilbert residence on the same day. When the claimed failed hit occurred, Boudreaux was married to Melanie Pawlowski, Vallow Daybell’s niece.

“The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has made the state of Idaho aware of our intent to prosecute the defendant in Arizona for charges stemming from these submittals,” the Maricopa County’s Attorney’s Office told the outlet.

Neither the likely motives for killing Boudreaux nor Vallow Daybell has entered a plea for the additional offense are immediately apparent. During Vallow Daybell’s six-week trial this spring, Boudreaux testified against her. Vallow Daybell was convicted last week, and CBS News reported that outside the Boise courthouse, J.J. Vallow’s grandparents brought up Boudreaux’s case.

The news can be confirmed by the tweet below:

“Two more trials,” Larry Woodcock said to the crowd. “Three,” Kay Woodcock put in for accuracy. Vallow Daybell is still on trial in Arizona for the m*rder of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, who was shot de@d by Cox in July of this year.

PEOPLE reported that Cox claimed self-defense and was never prosecuted for the incident. CBS noted that in Arizona, indictments are kept under wraps until the defendant is formally served. Until Vallow Daybell receives her sentence in the Idaho case later this year, she cannot be extradited to Arizona. She was found guilty of big theft as well as homicide.
