Man Arrested for M*rder of Lindenwold Mother of Two

Norelis Mendoza, a mother of two from Lindenwold, was discovered de@d in Bayonne on Wednesday. A Jersey City man was detained and charged in her de@th yesterday.

The father of Mendoza’s two children, Gregory Mallard, 35, is said to be a member of the “52 Hoover Street Crips” gang and served 10 years in prison for aggravated manslaughter, according to a report in the Jersey Journal.

Mallard is accused of m*rder, illegal possession of a weapon (vehicle), illegal possession of a weapon (vehicle), desecration of human remains, failing to dispose of human remains in a manner required by law, hindering, and tampering with physical evidence. Body of Missing Woman Found in Bayonne

On Wednesday, Mendoza’s lifeless body was discovered in Bayonne, close to the Jersey City border and adjacent to Route 440. At the scene, she was pronounced deceased.

Mendoza, 32, is believed to have dropped off her daughter at her mother’s home at Montgomery and Monmouth Streets in Jersey City on Saturday when she was last seen. On Sunday, she was reported missing.
