A guy who att@cked a Planned Parenthood facility in Southern California with a BB gun for a whole year was given a 2-and-a-half-year federal prison sentence. The United States Attorney’s Office released a statement Monday saying that Richard Royden Chamberlin, 53, had been sentenced in federal court in Los Angeles.

Between June 2020 and May 2021, there were at least eleven incidents at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Pasadena. Prosecutors claim that no one was w*unded, but that the staff was afraid, the building was d@maged, and that a person waiting outside for a patient was nearly struck.
After an att@ck on May 7, 2021, police in Pasadena detained Chamberlin and discovered eight BB guns and a.22-caliber pistol in his rucksack.
According to the U.S. attorney’s office, Chamberlin tried to sell or transfer possession of other firearms after being convicted of felony attempted transportation of a narcotic for sale in Arizona in 2012.

When police searched his house, they discovered hundreds of bullets, gun powder, a dozen BB guns, and other weapons. In December 2022, Chamberlin entered a guilty plea to federal charges of breaking the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and felon in possession of a pistol and ammunition.
