Man Shot in Breezeway at South Side Motel Brought to Hospital in Severe Condition

The San Antonio Police Department says that a guy with three gunshot wounds was found lying in the breezeway of a South Side motel on Monday.

On Monday, just before noon, there was a shooting in the 7200 block of Interstate 35 South, between Southwest Military Drive and Grosvenor Boulevard. The police were called to the scene.

Not much was known about what happened, but cops said the man, who was 31, was awake and alert when they got there. He was shot in both of his arms and legs.

The tweet below verifies the news:

He was in bad shape and was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center.

Police didn’t know if he was staying at the hotel or not, so they didn’t know if he was shot in a room or on the breezeway.

One person who works at the hotel and heard the noise is talking to the police.

Officers said they do not have any details about the shooter, as some information is inconsistent.
