Mark Zuckerberg to Fight Elon Musk in a Cage Match

Elon Musk recently wrote that he would be “up for a cage fight” with Mark Zuckerberg. In response, the CEO of Meta posted a screenshot of Musk’s tweet with the caption “Send me location.”

I’ve confirmed that Zuckerberg’s Instagram post is not a joke, so now it’s up to Musk to do something about it. “The story speaks for itself,” said Iska Saric, a spokeswoman for Meta.

Musk replied by saying, “Vegas Octagon.”

The Backstory

Since I recently told you more about Meta’s upcoming Twitter rival, Musk has been making fun of Zuckerberg on Twitter with comments like “Zuck my 👅.”

Last week, during an all-hands meeting at Meta, chief product officer Chris Cox told workers that the company thinks creators want a version of Twitter that is “sanely run,” which got cheers.

“I’ve always thought that a billion people should use Twitter,” Zuckerberg told Lex Fridman in a recent podcast conversation.

Musk vs. Zuckerberg would be the best fight between tech CEOs who are worth a lot of money. Musk, who is 51, is bigger than Zuckerberg, and he has said that he got into “real hard-core street fights” when he was growing up in South Africa.

Meanwhile, Zuckerberg, who is 39, wants to fight in mixed martial arts (MMA), but he already wins Jiu-Jitsu competitions. He also says that he recently finished the hard “Murph Challenge” workout in just under 40 minutes.

No matter who wins, I think we can all agree that a fight between Musk and Zuckerberg would be one of the most interesting fights ever. It needs to happen. Don’t back down now, Musk.
