A woman was shot and killed in an Oak Cliff parking lot, and a man was shot and killed while trying to steal a car at an Oak Cliff gas station Wednesday morning. A teen was also hurt.
In the first killing, Gabriella Gonzalez, 26, was found dead around 7:40 a.m. in a parking lot in the 800 block of South Walton Walker Boulevard. Police said that before the killing, Gonzalez and Harold Thompson, who was 22 years old, had a fight.

Gonzalez died at the scene of the crime, and Thompson was caught. He is being charged with murder.
In the second shooting, which happened around 10 a.m., cops went to the QuikTrip in the 4700 block of South RL Thornton Freeway.

Star-Telegram partner station WFAA-TV said that a driver shot a guy and a teen in self-defense when they tried to steal his car. The suspects drove away from the crime scene and went to a hospital.
Officials say that the man died at the hospital from his wounds. No one knows what his name is.
The teen was hurt, but his injuries are not life-threatening. He is being charged with aggravated theft.
