Police Detain Motorcyclist in Connection with Shooting Death of Man Behind PSL Bar

Behind a pub, a guy was discovered shot to death this morning, and police have already apprehended the motorbike rider who left the scene.

Just after two in the morning, Port St. Lucie Police responded to a complaint of gunfire at Harpers Tavern, located in the 1700 block of Southeast Port St. Lucie Boulevard. Behind the bar, on Southeast Greendon Avenue, they discovered a guy laying dead from gunshot wounds, according to the police.

As a motorbike was observed fleeing the area, cops pursued it. Up until they reached Martin County, the motorist would not stop for the police, but they were able to take him to jail on Southwest Citrus Boulevard, according to the police.
