On Tuesday, a person was shot and killed in front of a Budget Lodge hotel in Phoenix. Police have found a suspect in the case.
Police say that just before 3:30 p.m., they got an emergency call about a shooting in front of a hotel room and went to the area of Dunlap Avenue and Black Canyon Highway. When they got there, 18-year-old Elijah Johnson was lying on the ground and had been shot.
Sir Amir Williamson, Johnson’s 17-year-old cousin, was named by the police as the suspect on Wednesday.
