Rudy Giuliani is being sued for sexual harassment by a former business partner for $10 million. The former business partner accuses Giuliani of “unlawful abuses of power, wide-ranging sexual assault and harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct.”
The lawsuit was filed Monday in New York’s Supreme Court by Noelle Dunphy. She was in charge of business growth for a number of Giuliani’s companies.
The 70-page claim says, “He made it clear that meeting his sexual demands, which he could make almost any time and anywhere, was an absolute requirement of her job and of his legal representation.”
“He was always putting pressure on her and making sexual comments to her, about her, and about himself,” Justin Kelton, Dunphy’s lawyer, said. “When they were supposed to be working, he would touch her and try to start something sexual, our client claims,”
The lawsuit also says that Giuliani didn’t give Dunphy the $1 million salary he had promised.
According to the complaint, Giuliani offered Dunphy “free legal representation” in a dispute with an abusive ex-partner, but he told Dunphy that her job would be “kept secret.” The lawsuit says that Giuliani told Dunphy that he was putting off her pay because he was going through a divorce.

The claim says, “Giuliani started telling Ms. Dunphy that she had to work at his house and out of hotel rooms so that she would be at his beck and call.” “He drank in the morning, afternoon, and evening. He was often drunk, so his behavior was always strange.”
The lawsuit also says that Giuliani “often told Dunphy to work naked or in short shorts” and that the former mayor was always taking Viagra and exposing himself.
“She says that he did not listen to her objections when she made them on several occasions,” Kelton said.
In addition to sexual demands, the lawsuit says Giuliani went on drunken rants and made “s*xist, racist, and anti-Semitic remarks,” which made the work environment unbearable.
According to the claim, Dunphy recorded some of her conversations with Giuliani on tape. Giuliani “laughed it off,” saying that he couldn’t be sued because he was President Trump’s personal lawyer at the time.
The complaint also says that Giuliani gave Dunphy access to emails with classified messages from Trump, past attorneys general, and secretaries of state.
In a statement to CBS News on Monday, Giuliani’s lawyer, Ted Goodman, rejected the claims.
“Mayor Rudy Giuliani categorically denies the claims made by Ms. Dunphy, and every news outlet that covers this story must include the fact that an ex-partner said she was “an escort who rips off rich men,” said Goodman.
“He also said she bragged about using a fake rape claim to get $5 million from the son of a successful Wall Street investor in 2011,” Goodman said.
