Antarrio Hubbard, 20, was killed on March 30. Deandre Byers, who is 23 years old, was taken into custody on Monday. Saba Coleman, a major with the Montgomery police, said that Byers is being charged with murder and drug trafficking.

Hubbard showed up at a Montgomery hospital around 7 p.m. on Thursday. He had been shot and was brought there in his own car.

A short time later, it was said that he was dead.

The tweet below confirms the news:

Hubbard was shot in the 400 block of Buford Street, according to the people who looked into the case.

Authorities haven’t said how or why Hubbard died, and they haven’t given a reason either.

Byers is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without having to pay a bond.
