Step 1: Gather Your Information

Once you’ve completed the activation process, your phone will need to be activated by T-Mobile. This can take up to 24 hours, although it usually takes less time. During this time, you won’t be able to use your phone for calls, texts, or data.

Once your phone has been activated, test it by making a call or sending a text message. If everything is working properly, you’re good to go!
