UK Police Arrest TikTok Trickster on Numerous State Warrants

The University of Kentucky Police caught an Alabama man known as the “TikTok Trickster” on Friday morning. The man was wanted on charges in more than one state.

Brenton Fillers, age 54, was taken into custody at UK Chandler Hospital because he had orders from more than one state. People say that he has scammed people through social media.

He is being charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a child in Texas, theft of property in Alabama, felony fraudulent use of a credit card in Arkansas, and theft of a motor vehicle in Tennessee. In Kentucky, he could face more charges.

“Today’s arrest shows how important it is for law enforcement to work together,” said UK Police Chief Joe Monroe. “We want to thank the Somerset Police Department and the Baldwin County (Alabama) Sheriff’s Office, which helped UK Police with the investigation.”

The tweet below confirms the news:

Someone who looked like Fillers was seen at the hospital, so the UKPD went there and arrested him. Police said that he will be taken to the Fayette County Detention Center until he has a hearing about being sent to prison.

Spanish Fort, Alabama, Police Chief John Barber told Fox 26 in Houston that Fillers has been in trouble with the law for more than 30 years and is “a prolific con man.” Barber told the station that Fillers used many fake names on social media to scam women out of money.
