The musical comedy Coyote Ugly starred Piper Perabo, Tyra Banks, Maria Bello, Bridget Moynahan, and Izabella Miko, all of whom burst onto screens more than two decades ago, singing and dancing their hearts out. Take a look at what Perabo and the rest of the actors have been up to recently.
Piper Perabo as Violet Sanford
The film’s breakout star, played by Piper Perabo, is Violet Sanford, a New Jersey native who travels to New York to become a pop sensation but instead joins the Coyote Ugly gang.
After the film’s release, Perabo was able to secure consistent film work, and her performance in Covert Affairs ultimately garnered her a Golden Globe nomination.
She wed Stephen Kay, a director, and producer, in 2014. On the Paramount Network series Yellowstone, which she started working on in 2021.
Tyra Banks as Zoe
Banks, who was already well-known in the modeling industry by the time Coyote Ugly was released, became famous in the role of bartender Zoe.
She said she is “dying” to develop a sequel to an interview in 2018. In order to develop it, I need to either secure the rights from or collaborate with Mr. Jerry Bruckheimer.

Maria Bello as Lil

Izabella Miko as Cammie
The Polish actress’s Hollywood career began with her performance in Coyote Ugly, which led to roles in subsequent films such as Save the Last Dance 2 (2006) and Stepped Up All In (2007). (2014). During the year 2022, she made an appearance in the CBS drama NCIS: Hawai’i.
Bridget Moynahan as Rachel

Adam Garcia as Kevin O’Donnell
After seeing Garcia perform in the Saturday Night Fever musical on London’s West End, the film’s casting director requested him to fly to Los Angeles for an audition.
Playing Violet’s boyfriend, Kevin, led to several opportunities for the Australian actor, who later acted in films, including Death on the Nile. He even got his own dancing moment at the Coyote Ugly bar (2022). Since 2015, he’s been happily married to Nathalia Chubin; the couple now has two kids.
Melanie Lynskey as Gloria
Lynskey, who played Violet’s best friend and fellow New Jersey native Gloria in Coyote Ugly, had already appeared in a few films. The native of New Zealand has made numerous film and television appearances, such as in Two and a Half Men, Togetherness, Mrs. America, and Candy.
Starring on the critically acclaimed Showtime series Yellowjackets since 2021, she was nominated for an Emmy for outstanding lead actress in 2022. They have a daughter together; she married actor Jason Ritter in 2018.
