First linked in 2018, Taylor Dome and Taylor Lautner are set to tie the knot in 2022. Makena Moore, Taylor Lautner’s sister, is why he’s dating.
While Lautner was taking a break from performing, Moore introduced him to Taylor Dome, who would later become his wife. After telling, “I wanted to take a step back and enjoy life and spend some time with my family and friends,” he did just that. And I ended up meeting the girl I’m going to marry because of it!

In December 2019, Dome received his nursing degree from the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, California.
She walked across the stage in her purple cap and gown, beaming as she was presented with her diploma and pin, and the whole thing was captured on camera, which she then posted to Instagram.
