The Department of Children and Families told the Starke Police Department that there was a possible case of sexual abuse.
The accusation was that a man was sexually abusing a kid victim.
Detectives started to look into the case and found that a woman had let the child be sexually abused.
Phillip M. Jones and Jennifer Jones were both taken when police went to where they were.
Phillip was charged with two counts of sexual battery and one count of cruelty to a child.
Jennifer was arrested for one count of Cruelty to a Child and one count of Helping a Minor Get into Trouble.
Jennifer and Phillip were both taken to the Bradford County Jail. Jennifer is being held on a bond of $850,00, and Phillip is being held on a bond of $1,250,000.
