A sheriff’s office says that a probe is underway after the body of a Washington woman was found near an Oregon river.
Charity Lynn Perry, who was from Longview, was found dead in a culvert near the Columbia River in Ainsworth State Park on April 24, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said in a news statement on April 27.
According to the sheriff’s office, her death is “suspicious.”
Deputies said that the last time she was seen alive, she was in downtown Portland.
