One man was shot and killed in north Oak Cliff on Monday night, and another was hurt. Dallas police are looking into what happened.
Police say that the two people who were hurt were taken to a hospital in a private car. Twenty-year-old Steven Mendoza died at the hospital. The status of the other victim, a 21-year-old man, was stable.
