Two Quincy Home Burglars Arrested After Month-long Investigation

After a month-long investigation, the police announced on Thursday that they had caught two men who they say broke into several homes in Quincy.

Miguel Rivera and Adrian Logan were each given 7 felony warrants for breaking into a building, stealing from it, and damaging property.

Police in Quincy says that between December 13, 2022, and February 17, 2023, the pair broke into seven different homes in the city. Detective Sergeant Ward and Detectives Pepdjonovic, Eddy, Landry, Menz, and Goggin worked hard to find out who the main suspects were. They found that Rivera and Logan were the most likely people to have done it.

Officials say that the two often worked out of a white work van and used a crowbar.

The tweet below confirms the news:

Police say that in December, the two broke into homes on Hobart Street, French Street, Fenno Street, Grogan Avenue, and Colonial Drive. They are said to have broken into homes on Putnam Street and Elm Street on February 17.

Rivera was arrested with a crowbar in hand and a radio. Logan was taken into custody in a white work van not far from Rivera. Police say Logan admitted to his involvement in the crimes, but said only Rivera entered the homes.

The two of them will go to court at a later time.

The investigation was also helped by the Massachusetts State Police and the Newburyport Police.
