Divorced Hollywood Couple Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson Dating Again?

Looks like newly divorced Hollywood couple superstar actor Ryan Reynolds and superstar actress Scarlett Johansson are giving their romance a second chance.  According to reports, the former couple were recently seen having an intimate meal in the Los Feliz neighbourhood of Los Angeles.  Aside from the dinner the two are also reportedly communicating with each other on a regular basis.

A reliable source revealed Scarlett had been constantly texting and calling Reynolds after their dinner.  It can be recalled that Ryan, 34, and Scarlett, 26, were married in September of 2008.  However, on December 14, 2010, they shocked friends and fans by releasing a statement announcing that they had separated.  The court finalized their divorce on July 1.
At the moment, Ryan is single again after ending a two month relationship with Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron.  The Lost in Translation actress for her part split from Hollywood A-lister Sean Penn in June after a brief romance.  Sources revealed the real reason why the two decided to split earlier was the actresses’ reluctance to start a family right away.  But now the two looks madly in-love with each other and could end up a couple again.

Reynolds is a Canadian actor known for his roles in National Lampoon’s Van Wilder, Waiting, The Amityville Horror, Just Friends, Definitely, Maybe, The Proposal and Buried, as well as Wade Wilson/Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.  His television roles include Michael “Berg” Bergen on Two Guys and a Girl.  Reynolds also recently starred in the DC superhero film Green Lantern alongside Blake Lively and Mark Strong.

Johansson made her film debut in the 1994 film North and was later nominated for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead for her performance in 1996’s Manny & Lo.  Johansson rose to fame with her roles in 1998’s The Horse Whisperer and 2001’s Ghost World.  She transitioned to adult roles with her performances in Girl with a Pearl Earring and Sofia Coppola’s Lost in Translation, for which she won a BAFTA Award, and both films earned her Golden Globe Award nominations in 2003.   A role in A Love Song for Bobby Long earned her a third Golden Globe for Best Actress nomination.

Following an appearance in The Island, Johansson garnered a fourth Golden Globe nomination, for Best Supporting Actress, for her role in Woody Allen’s Match Point.
She also starred in other Allen movies, such as Scoop, with Hugh Jackman and Allen, and Vicky Cristina Barcelona, alongside Javier Bardem, Penélope Cruz and Rebecca Hall.  Scarlett Johansson appeared in films such as Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige and the summer blockbuster Iron Man 2.   A role in the 2010s Broadway revival of Arthur Miller’s A View From the Bridge gave her some of her best reviews for her acting, and she received a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play.
