Man Fined $27k For Putting Semen In Woman’s Water Bottle

The court has ordered a man in California to pay more than $27,000 for ejaculating into a woman co-worker’s water bottle in 2010.  The judge found Michael Kevin Lallana guilty and ordered him to pay the woman for loss of wages, therapy and medical expenses.  The judge declare Lallana guilty to two misdemeanour counts of battery.

According to court records, Lallana deposited his semen twice last year in the water bottle of a co-worker at Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Co. in Newport Beach.  The woman drank from the bottle both times, throwing the first one away after detecting a foul taste.  The second time she sent the bottle to a lab for testing.

It was learned that Lallana was arrested in July 2010 and his DNA was later matched to the water bottle.

In an earlier interview, Lallana admitted guilt to his crime saying he only did it since he had a crush on the victim.
