A woman from Clermont is being accused of drawing hateful symbols on the truck of a neighbor.
Police say that security video shows Yamil Lachapelle-Ortiz spraying swastikas on the victim’s car at his home on Crescent Pines Boulevard on Tuesday.
Investigators heard from neighbors that Lachapelle-Ortiz has called the victim and his family racial slurs many times since they moved into the neighborhood two years ago.
