Coweta County Guy Posted Improper Photographs of 14-year-old

A man was arrested for sex crimes against children.

On April 5, an Internet Crimes Against Children agent from out of state told the Crime Suppression Unit of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office about a possible crime.

After following up on the tip, deputies said they found out that Jorge Duran Colindres had asked a 14-year-old girl to send him naked pictures of herself online more than once.

Officials said that Colindres put the pictures online after he got them.

The 14-year-old’s family was told about the pictures that were posted, and they told the authorities in their area.

The tweet below verifies the news:

Investigators found Colindres and used a search request to look through his house. They took several electronic devices as evidence.

Investigators think there may be more victims based on what they know about the case.

Colindres was arrested and charged with trying to get a child to do something wrong, child pornography, child sexual abuse, and using a communication device to commit a crime.
