A man from New York is currently evading authorities after being accused of murdering a family, which tragically included two children. The U.S. Marshals Service District of Puerto Rico has included Luis Francisco Soriano, also known as Jefry Yeyo, in its list of 10 Most Wanted fugitives. Authorities in Irondequoit, New York are actively seeking Soriano in connection with this heinous crime.

Soriano is suspected of being connected to a quadruple homicide that took place near Rochester on August 31, 2024. The tragic incident claimed the lives of two young children, aged two and four. Authorities in New York suspect that he has fled to Puerto Rico to evade capture. Soriano is facing four charges of second-degree murder as well as narcotics-related charges. Law enforcement officials consider him to be armed and dangerous. U.S. Marshal for the District of Puerto Rico, Wilmer Ocasio-Ibarra, stated,

“Given the nature of Soriano’s alleged crimes, his danger to the community at large and ability to elude law enforcement, the U.S. Marshals in Puerto Rico have added him our 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. Soriano and his co-conspirators committed a horrendous crime against a family, whose children were innocent victims and did not deserve a cruel death. We will not allow terror, violence and impunity to take over our communities. That is why we are seeking the public’s assistance in getting this dangerous individual in custody so that he can face justice.”

Soriano and his brother, Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano, 34, faced charges for the killings. The victims, Fraime Ubaldo, 30, Marangely Moreno-Santiago, 26, and their two children, were found in their residence on Knapp Avenue. The Soriano brothers are relatives of the deceased family.

Soriano, a native of the Dominican Republic, stands at 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs 150 pounds. Sporting black hair and brown eyes, he boasts four moles beneath his right eye and tattoos adorning both his arms.
