A Tuck Shop Owner Was Detained for R@ping a 13-Year-Old Girl in His Store

The child was allegedly threatened and r@ped by the suspect at the store around 3 o’clock, according to the Limpopo police.

“The devastated child reported the incident to her family when she arrived home, and the police were immediately contacted. A case of r@pe was opened and transferred to the Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit for further investigation,” said Colonel Malesela Ledwaba.

“The suspect was arrested at the shop within hours of the incident.”

Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, the Provincial Commissioner of Police for Limpopo, denounced the event and commended the young girl for her courage in making sure this person was made accountable for his nefarious deeds.
