Street takeovers caused disruptions and chaos in the neighborhoods of Hyde Park, Harvard Park, and Gramercy Park in South Los Angeles overnight. One incident occurred at the intersection of West Century Boulevard and Denker Avenue in the Gramercy Park area around midnight.
During the incident, a red pickup truck was seen performing doughnuts in the street, but it lost control and collided with the curb. The impact caused the truck to go airborne, leading to the driver’s loss of control. The vehicle then veered into a crowd that had gathered in the intersection, but it remains unclear whether anyone was injured.
